Eton Manor is the northern gateway to the Olympic Park and links the Park to Hackney Marshes and the wider Lea Valley. The current designs show the site will be identifiable by a 130m tall wind turbine which will stand at its heart.

After the Games, Eton Manor will be owned, funded and managed by Lee Valley Regional Park Authority who will also own, fund and manage the VeloPark and the White Water Canoe Centre just north of the M25. Used by a variety of groups from beginners to elite athletes with extensive community use, outreach and sports development programmes, Eton Manor will house a cluster of sporting facilities centred around an indoor tennis centre, including changing rooms, office and social space.

The sports facilities on the site include a water-based hockey pitch surrounded by a 3,000 capacity spectator stadium, a second hockey pitch, four indoor and six outdoor tennis courts and a commercial five-a-side football centre, as well as providing part of the VeloPark bike trails. The site also benefits from 179 car park spaces.

The site will also retain its ability to accommodate international hockey events for up to 15,000 spectators via additional temporary overlay. The centre will join the other regional sports venues the Authority owns to create a chain of sporting excellence along the 26 mile long Lee Valley Regional Park.

Please note: The Eton Manor site and facilities are currently undergoing development and designs are subject to future changes.
