Have your say
The formal six-week public consultation undertaken by the London Development Agency (LDA) has now finished. Many thanks to all those who took the time to attend events, respond to the proposals and give their feedback on our legacy plans.
The LDA heard from over 2,000 people as part of the recent consultation period, gaining useful input and opinions from people local to the five host boroughs as well as from people across London interested in shaping the legacy plans.
A report detailing all the findings of the consultation period is currently being compiled and will be published on this website later this year. Following the full report, plans for the Legacy of the Olympic Park will be reviewed, with a final design for the Legacy vision expected later this year. This vision will then form the basis of an outline planning application that is due to be submitted in 2010.
Please note that, presently, the company responsible for taking forward the post-Games development of the Olympic Park is currently in the process of being set-up. We are keen to discuss your proposals with you but won't be in a position to do this until the company is up and running in late 2009.
Will there be any other opportunities to get involved?
There will be further opportunities in summer 2009 for people to get involved in shaping the legacy plans. Visit the events page or contact us for more details.
However, we do welcome your feedback at any stage, so please let us know if you have any comments or questions about the emerging legacy design plans. Alternatively, there is the opportunity to provide feedback via our interactive map.
You can also contact us if you have a general enquiry about Legacy Now or register to join our database, so we can keep you updated on all the latest legacy news, events, design developments and other information.
