The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games will leave permanent world-class sporting facilities for London and the UK.
The Olympic Park Legacy Company, in partnership with the ODA, is working on a detailed planning application for what will happen to the venues after the Games.

These venues will be modified so that they can be used by local people and high performance athletes alike. They will become an important part of keeping the memory of the 2012 Games alive: training the champions of the future, promoting healthy living and acting as a magnet for major sporting events, visitors and business.
