Business planning

To ensure the long-term success of the Olympic Park, Grant Thornton are carrying out detailed work on business planning.

The business plan will set out arrangements for building and managing the legacy neighbourhoods to ensure that quality is maintained, and that benefits are maximised and remain viable in the long-term. This work will examine different ways to build, manage and operate the Park and venues, and decide which methods are most practical. It will consider how they can be effectively funded, how to achieve best value for money, and how to ensure the Park and venues are sustainable and well-used in the future. The business planning will also look at the best ways to develop the Park and venues in different stages after the Games.

Consultation on this has already taken place, and further opportunities will be provided throughout the LMF consultation and engagement activities.
